Henelle is a line of luxe lounge and resort wear featuring all original artwork designed in Los Angeles. Our products are printed with environmentally friendly inks using sustainable printing practices. The shapes are gender neutral and versatile. The line consists of kimonos, kaftans, coordinated sets, silk scarves, sleep masks, and silk or cotton bandanas.
Designed by husband and wife duo Fashion Director Henny Le Tailleur, and fine artist & Creative Director Eric Hamm in the height of the pandemic. A collaboration heavily inspired by California's consistently breath taking views, crashing ocean waves, tallest palms, magical Joshua Trees, mixed in with some quirky humor.
Most of the main line is made from viscose which is light and floaty and feels like a mix between cotton and a touch of silk. Viscose is also made from plant cellulose / bamboo and is 100% biodegradable. We chose this fabric over silk as it's not as hot to wear, is a more breathable fabric, and feels more luxe than cotton. Our scarves are Oeko-Tex or GOTS-certified organic silk and cotton.
