Shipping Charge

Priority Shipping on orders is FREE for Priority Standard Mail. If you require an alternative shipping rate please email us at info@henelle.store.

Sales Tax

A Sales Tax of  9.5 % will automatically be charged to California residents.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase! But if you've any problems please request a refund though the site or by emailing us directing. We can offer a refund or exchange for 15 days after purchase.

For orders that are incomplete or damaged, we will replace the item with no additional shipping charges. On credit card replacements or exchanges, the original web order will be credited and the replacement or exchange will be recharged.

We cannot accept returns for products purchased in retail locations.

All fragranced products are not for consumption. Keep products out of reach of children.  Please follow candle burning instructions on the bottom of the jar. Never leave burning candles unattended. Keep candles away from children and combustible material.
